As a service technician, I am there where others reach their limits. Every machine tells its own story, and I listen carefully - both to the technology and to the people who work with it every day. This combination of technical expertise and empathetic listening enables me to find the right solutions even under time pressure. From Asia to America, I learned that successful technical support always means understanding the cultural and human aspects.
What drives me
My ability to look at technical challenges holistically and meet people where they are is also what led me to artificial intelligence. As co-founder of Futurhinos, I now translate complex technical concepts into understandable workshops and events. I combine traditional engineering know-how with future-oriented AI technologies - always with a focus on how people can benefit from them.

After work I live out my passion as a DJ. Here, too, it's about creating the right connections - between music and people, between rhythm and emotion. This creative side also enriches my technical work: It teaches me to look at problems from different perspectives and find innovative solutions.
