My way

My academic journey began with an unusual mix: sociology and statistics at the University of Konstanz. This combination of understanding people and numbers shapes my approach to this day.

In the Master Business Analytics I deepened my analytical skills and learned to put data into an economic context.

What drives me

My first “one-woman show” as an ML engineer in mechanical engineering failed – and became my most valuable lesson.

I learned: Successful AI integration is a team sport. It requires not only technical know-how, but above all the right strategy, cultural change and people who share the vision.
